Len's Story

Len Benoit is an Applied Integrative Coach, Teacher, Healer, and Community Builder. His vocation as a healer arose from his journey of overcoming addictions and the generational trauma of his Indigenous Mi’kmaq heritage. As the youngest of 14 living children, he was deeply affected when his mother passed away when he was a teenager. He struggled to find his way in a world of lack, violence, and shame. ​As a testament to his resilience, he possessed his mother’s affinity for holding together a tribe, a skill demonstrated to him as being a reflection of love and service. His mother's example of selflessness helped him find his path to healing through service as a wellness coach. ​With an extensive background in the fitness industry spanning more than two decades, he has dedicated himself to promoting wellness. As the visionary behind a dynamic Fit 1 Bootcamp, a state-of-the-art cross-training facility in Etobicoke, he passionately catered to the needs of both adults and adolescents, cultivating a thriving fitness community. From 2011 until 2022, his commitment to empowering individuals through physical activity & holistic training was unwavering. ​Len's extensive repertoire encompasses a diverse range of qualifications, showcasing his expertise across various disciplines. As a dedicated professional, he holds certifications as a Personal Trainer, CHEK Exercise Coach, Clubbell Instructor, Clubbell Yoga instructor, & Tacfit Instructor. Furthermore, his mastery extends to the realm of martial arts, where he proudly holds a black belt in GoJu Ryu Karate. Len's commitment to holistic well-being is evident through his extensive studies in Nutrition & Wellness, Precision Nutrition Coaching, & Holistic Adaptive Bodywork. ​Acknowledging the vital role of nutrition and strength training in fostering a well-rounded existence, Len further delved into the realization that true fulfillment extends beyond the physical realm. This realization prompted him to pursue a deep understanding of the mind and spirit. As a result, he immersed himself in the study of Clinical Hypnotherapy under the esteemed guidance of the Association of Registered Clinical Hypnotherapists (ARCH) Canada. Additionally, he obtained mastery in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) as a Master Practitioner and Associate Trainer through NLP Centres Canada. Through these endeavors, Len embraced the profound connection between mental and emotional well-being, expanding his capacity to facilitate holistic healing and personal transformation. ​Len sought advanced training and mentorship from Chiron Learning Academy, where he underwent their Trauma Focused, Psychedelics Harm Reduction Program. He delved into applied clinical work, somatic bodywork, and the profound realm of spiritual alignment. This transformative experience equipped him with valuable insights and techniques to support individuals in safely navigating psychedelic journeys. Inspired by this training, Alongside Chiron Academy, Len went on to co-facilitate individual and group transformation sessions, assisting others in their personal growth and healing journeys. ​Seeking to expand his expertise, Len also pursued studies with Phoenix Learning Academy in their immersive Harm Reduction Program. These additional teachings deepened his knowledge and honed his skills, allowing him to offer a comprehensive approach to holistic healing that integrates mind, body, and spirit. Len's training and experience with both Chiron Learning Academy and Phoenix Learning Academy have enriched his capacity to guide individuals towards profound transformation and inner alignment. Among the myriad of influences that have shaped Len's life, a few profound figures stand out. Foremost among them are his two children, whose profound impact taught him invaluable lessons in unconditional love and compassion. Through their reflection, Len discovered the boundless depths of a parent's love and the transformative power of empathy. His younger son, born with special needs, imparted upon him a profound appreciation for the human body and its remarkable capacities. This experience instilled in Len a deep reverence for the sacredness of the body, reminding him to cherish and honor it as a vessel of extraordinary potential. Through the wisdom and love embodied by his children, Len was profoundly shaped and inspired to embrace a path of compassion, gratitude, and profound respect for the intrinsic value of every individual. Len found a remarkable teacher, mentor, and lifelong friend in Hugh, the founder of NLP Centres Canada. Under Hugh's guidance, Len acquired a profound understanding of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and the principles of personal empowerment. Hugh's teachings enabled Len to enhance behaviors, unlock hidden potential, and cultivate a deep sense of self-empowerment. Len's life has been greatly influenced by Paul Chek. Len underwent the CHEK programs, which provided him with extensive knowledge and skills to create holistic programs for his clients. These programs aimed to foster a vibrant and healthy life, enhance physical fitness, and promote long-term health and balance. Len gained profound insights into consciousness, awareness, and enlightenment through the teachings of Dr. David Hawkins, a renowned psychiatrist and author. Dr. Hawkins illuminated the intricate workings of the human mind, guiding Len towards a deeper understanding of his own consciousness and the transformative power of heightened awareness. With an emphasis on self-realization and spiritual growth, Dr. Hawkins' teachings provided Len with a roadmap towards enlightenment, fostering clarity, purpose, and a profound connection to his inner self. ​Len's immersion in the wisdom and customs of his Mi'kmaq Tribe sparked a profound transformation in his personal journey. It revitalized his ancestral bond and deepened his spiritual connection with the Divine. Inspired by the teachings of his tribe, he embraced sacred traditions from diverse cultures, acknowledging that the gifts of traditional medicine work are timeless, global and invaluable ​Len's unwavering commitment to indigenous wisdom and community building serves as a guiding force in his work, He and his team committed to the unification of individuals. My Philosophy

The Path of Self-Determination and Self-Realization is rooted in the my training in NLP , health, fitness, and personal responsibility. It awakens us to the profound mysteries of life, unveiling hidden possibilities that await our discovery. As we journey through life, recognizing our interconnectedness as fellow travelers becomes crucial, uniting us through our shared humanity. This unity allows us to embrace the inherent value and worth present within every individual, while understanding the transformative power of our choices and the profound impact our perspectives hold over our lives. At the core of this path lies the belief that each individual possesses innate worth and acceptability, irrespective of their background. It acknowledges that our choices are influenced by perceived options, and no one could have acted differently in the past. However, it also recognizes our complete freedom to choose our responses in the present moment. Many individuals unknowingly limit their choices due to a lack of self-awareness. Hence, it becomes vital to awaken and recognize our inherent value and acceptance. This awakening expands our perceptions, revealing a vast array of choices previously unseen. By embracing our worth, we empower ourselves to make informed decisions and find the freedom to evolve in any desired direction. Additionally, this path highlights the importance of movement and mobility for both the body and mind. Through a regular program encompassing strength training, mobility exercises, and restorative movement, we enhance our overall quality of life. This simple regimen, only three weekly sessions, improves breath, posture, and movement, fostering harmony in various aspects of our existence. Regular exercise not only enhances physical fitness but also boosts focus, stress management, sleep, and relaxation. The movement we choose becomes the determinant of our vitality, transcending age-related limitations. Furthermore, the path emphasizes the profound meaning behind the saying "You are what you eat," going beyond strict diets and rules. It encourages the cultivation of simple habits and the development of nourishing routines. The focus lies in prioritizing overall well-being by consuming nutrient-dense, wholesome foods. Mindful dietary choices and a balanced approach foster a harmonious relationship with food, unlocking the potential for optimal well-being. Seeking guidance from holistic nutritionists, exploring sensitivities, and making choices tailored to our individual needs greatly contribute to our health and vitality. Inspired by Native American wisdom, this path underlines the far-reaching impact of our choices on future generations. Guided by principles such as Love, Respect, Truth, Honesty, Humility, and Wisdom, we cultivate mindfulness and environmental consciousness. Recognizing the interconnectedness of all life, we approach our actions with careful consideration of their lasting consequences, striving to leave a positive legacy. As responsible stewards of the planet, we embrace the duty to safeguard the well-being of future generations, honoring and protecting the environment. In addition, he co-facilitates transformative Sound Bath Meditations, immersive experiences where participants are enveloped in the soothing waves of sound produced by an array of healing instruments, including gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, and ethereal vocals.
