SoulFit Tribe is a live Live on Zoom Training community led by Len Benoit of Sacred Huddle. Each class blends strength training, mobility, core work, conditioning, breath, and recovery so you build a body that feels capable, grounded, and alive.

I’m new to training. Can I still join? Yes. SoulFit Tribe Live is beginner-friendly and designed to help you build strength, mobility, and confidence at your own pace.

What if I have an injury? Exercises can often be modified for pain, injury, or limitations. If you’re unsure, book a Free Fitness Call first.

What membership options do you offer? We’re currently launching through a waitlist. Founding member details and pricing will be shared with waitlist members first.

What’s the difference between group training and personal training? Group training gives you live online coaching, structure, and accountability in a group setting. Personal training is more individualized and tailored to you.

When should I expect to see results? Many people feel better within a few weeks. Strength, fitness, and body composition changes come with consistent effort over time.
