Do I need to be fit already?
No. Classes will include options so you can scale the work to your current level.

What equipment do I need?
Start with a mat and dumbbells. Stability balls, medicine balls, resistance bands, and suspension trainer.

What if I have pain or injuries?
You’ll be encouraged to move intelligently and modify when needed. This is not a substitute for medical care, but the training is designed with movement quality and body awareness in mind.
